Schedule a Free 15-Minute Consultation
Starting therapy can feel like a big step.
You might be wondering:
“Will this actually help me?”
“Will I feel comfortable talking to her?”
“Is this worth it?”
A brief consultation gives you space to slow down, ask questions, and see if this feels like the right fit—without any pressure.
What this call is for
This is a short, focused conversation where we can:
• talk about what’s been feeling difficult lately
• explore what kind of support you’re looking for
• answer any questions you have about therapy
• discuss scheduling, fees, or insurance
• get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit
You don’t need to prepare anything in advance.
What this call is NOT
This is not a full therapy session.
You don’t need to share everything or go into detail unless you want to.
Think of it as a starting point—a low-pressure way to take the first step.
What happens after the call
If it feels like a good fit, we can:
• schedule your first session
• talk through next steps
• answer any remaining questions
If it doesn’t feel like the right fit, that’s completely okay.
You’re not expected to commit to anything.
A note about availability
Sessions are currently limited, and most clients begin with weekly appointments.
If you’re hoping to start soon, I recommend booking a consultation while openings are available.
You don’t have to figure this out alone
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stretched thin for a while, this can be a space where you don’t have to carry everything by yourself.
If you don’t see a time that works
Feel free to email me at susan@growandgracetherapy.net, and I’ll do my best to find a time that fits your schedule.
I am in-network with Aetna and United Healthcare/Optum through Headway.
Due to limited availability, insurance appointments are currently waitlisted.
Private-pay appointments are available at this time, and I am happy to provide information about out-of-network reimbursement options, if applicable.
